Pear Shape (Narrow shoulders, wide hips with a small waist)
The pear shape is the most common body shape in the UK. The key for dressing a pear shape is to keep the attention on the top half of your body, highlight your waist and ensure that your skirts and dresses skim your hips.
Here are some of the styles which would work well on petite pears:
Hourglass (Shoulders and hips are the same width with a defined waist)
If you’re lucky enough to have an hourglass figure, ensure that you highlight your waist. This can be done by wearing fitted tops and dresses which fit neatly on the waist. Don’t forget to make your belts your new best friend. Here are some great styles for the petite hourglass figure:
