If you choose to have your goods delivered by UK Standard Delivery, we aim to deliver your goods within 4 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made when placed no later than 7.00pm
Unfortunately we do not offer Saturday Guarantee delivery (for items posted on Friday).
UK Next Day Delivery
To receive your order the next day you must place your order by no later than 2:00pm. Please note there are some exceptions as explained below.
Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday but before 2pm on Friday, will be delivered on Saturday.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or at the weekend will be shipped on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery within the UK
FREE UK Standard Delivery (Within 3 – 5 working days).
All orders require a signature upon receipt. Your order will be dispatched using a courier service and can be delivered anytime between 8am and 6pm.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom (which we define as England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and all offshore islands except the Channel Isles). Unfortunately at this time, we do not deliver to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) or PO Box addresses.
Delivery to European Union & Channel Islands:
European Delivery £14.95. This service takes between 5 – 7 working days.
We offer standard delivery via courier to addresses in the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and throughout the European Union. Please enter your country in the delivery address section at checkout. You will then be able to review the shipping cost and check you are happy to proceed before completing your order.
Are all import duty and tax costs already included?
Yes. All European Union countries and the Channel Islands are shipped to using a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price you see on our website. UK VAT is applied at checkout to all orders dispatched to the European Union, excluding the Channel Islands.
Delivery to International destinations (outside Europe):
We ship worldwide – In fact many of our customers live in the USA, Canada, Singapore and Australia and order from us on a regular basis.
International Delivery is £14.95 This service takes up to 10 working days.
The shipping cost is a flat fee regardless of parcel weight or your international destination. Please enter your country in the delivery address section at checkout. You will then be able to review the shipping cost and check you are happy to proceed before completing your order.
Are all import duty and tax costs already included?
No. For international orders delivered outside of the European Union, you will be responsible for paying any local import duty, customs and local sales tax required to ensure that your parcel can enter through your chosen country’s borders.
This import duty and tax will be charged locally, in country, (typically collected by the courier company upon delivery to your door) and will be in addition to the price you pay for our goods on this website. As these duties and taxes vary by country and are charged locally we are unable to advise the amount this may be but please make allowances for these when proceeding to checkout.
Please note all International orders are dispatched as “Delivery At Place (DAP)” shipments. Jeetly does not accept responsibility for any parcels held at customs awaiting payment of duties.
So how does the delivery process work?
Step 1. Choosing A Delivery Address: You may choose a delivery address which is different to your billing address, so for example, you may choose to have your order delivered to your office rather than your registered home address. To be eligible to use an alternative address and for security reasons, we ask that you first register for an account with us and record a primary billing address which matches your credit card billing address. You can save your preferred delivery addresses when you register for an account with us.
You can also leave us specific delivery instructions by emailing us at email@example.com. A signature confirming you have received your parcel, is required upon delivery so please choose an appropriate delivery address where you know you or someone you trust is available to personally accept delivery.
Step 2. Processing Your Order: We aim to have all deliveries shipped out the next working day after your order is processed and cleared payment received. Please note, orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, will be processed on the next working day.
Step 3. Dispatch with Tracking Code: We deliver your order via courier. Each item is dispatched directly to you with a Tracking Code. At certain points during the delivery process your parcel is scanned which provides updated parcel tracking information. This Tracking Code gives you peace of mind that you can always trace your parcels progress at any time, day or night and find out exactly where it is. This parcel tracking information is emailed to you upon dispatch.
Step 4. Parcel Delivered: Hooray! Please make sure you are available to receive your delivery as a signature will be required, however if you do miss your delivery for any reason, don’t worry, our courier will do their very best to work with you to find a time to redeliver your parcel.
Don’t forget we operate a 14 days Approval Policy which means you can try on your purchase at your leisure with bags of time before you have to decide whether you want to return your item.
What happens if I am not in when you try to deliver?
None of us have the time to wait in for a parcel to arrive and we know it can be frustrating if you do miss your delivery – so during checkout we will do our best to capture information that will help us deliver straight to you, wherever you may be!
You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address – one where you know you will be able to accept your parcel (e.g. your office).
Then email us specific delivery instructions on firstname.lastname@example.org – for example: “Please check in with Reception on arrival”.
Our courier strives to follow your instructions and deliver to your doorstep on the first attempt, however if this is not possible, they will leave you a delivery card. This card will say that the courier has tried to deliver a parcel for the first time, and they will typically then attempt to re-deliver your items the following working day (Monday to Friday).
If you wish to request a re-delivery attempt on a specific day that suits you better, there is a telephone number on the card for you to call to make the necessary arrangements directly with the courier.
